By Registering An Account, Initiating A Free Trial, Subscribing To A Plan, Or Simply Browsing And Using OtonomiQ AI's Platform, You Are Entering Into A Binding Agreement With Us Under These Terms. This Applies Regardless Of How You Access Our Service, Through A Web Browser, Mobile Device, API Call, Or Any Other Medium.
Your Continued Use Of The Platform Following Any Update To These Terms Constitutes Your Acceptance Of The Revised Terms. We Encourage You To Review This Page Periodically So You Remain Informed Of Any Changes.

- "OtonomiQ Converse" Refers To Our Conversational Engagement And Automation Capability Within The Broader OtonomiQ Platform.
- "Third-Party Integrations" Refers To External Tools, CRMs, ERPs, Messaging Channels, Or APIs Connected To The Platform.
Eligibility
To Use OtonomiQ AI, You Must Meet The Following Requirements:
- You Must Be At Least 18 Years Of Age Or The Legal Age Of Majority In Your Jurisdiction, Whichever Is Greater.
- If Acting On Behalf Of A Business, You Must Have The Legal Authority To Enter Contracts On That Organisation's Behalf.
- You Must Not Be Located In Or Subject To Any Jurisdiction Where AI-Powered Services Are Legally Restricted Or Prohibited.
- You Must Not Have Had A Prior Account With Us Terminated For A Violation Of These Terms.
We Reserve The Right To Refuse Service To Anyone, At Any Time, For Any Legitimate Reason.
Platform Access & Account Responsibilities
When You Create An Account With OtonomiQ AI, You Take On Full Responsibility For Maintaining The Confidentiality Of Your Login Credentials, Including Passwords And API Keys. You Agree To:
- Keep Your Account Credentials Secure And Not Share Them With Unauthorised Parties.
- Notify Us Immediately At tabrez@otonomiq.ai. If You Suspect Any Unauthorised Access To Your Account.
- Be Responsible For All Activity That Occurs Under Your Account, Whether Or Not You Authorised It.
- Provide Accurate, Current, And Complete Information When Registering And During The Course Of Your Subscription.
Please Note: OtonomiQ AI Will Never Ask For Your Password Via Email, Phone, Or Chat. If You Receive Such A Request, Treat It As Fraudulent And Contact Us Directly.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any legitimate reason.
Subscriptions, Pricing & Billing
OtonomiQ AI Offers Multiple Subscription Tiers, Starter, Growth, And Enterprise - Each With Defined Usage Limits, Feature Sets, And Pricing. All Pricing Is Custom And Communicated Directly By Our Sales Team.
Free Trial: Where Available, Free Trials Are Provided To Help You Evaluate The Platform. Trial Periods Have Defined Durations And Feature Constraints.
Billing Cycles: Subscriptions Are Billed On The Cycle Agreed Upon At Sign-Up (Monthly Or Annually). Invoices Are Issued At The Start Of Each Billing Cycle.
Payments: You Authorise Us To Charge Your Nominated Payment Method For The Agreed Subscription Fee. Non-Payment May Result In Service Suspension After Reasonable Notice.
Upgrades And Downgrades: Upgrades Take Effect Immediately; Downgrades Take Effect At The Start Of The Next Billing Cycle.
Refunds: All Fees Paid Are Non-Refundable Unless Otherwise Required By Applicable Law Or Expressly Agreed In Writing With Our Team.
Taxes: Pricing May Be Subject To Applicable Taxes (Including GST In India). You Are Responsible For Any Taxes Applicable In Your Jurisdiction.
Acceptable Use Policy
OtonomiQ AI Is Built To Help Legitimate Businesses Operate More Efficiently. You Agree To Use The Platform Only For Lawful Business Purposes. The Following Activities Are Strictly Prohibited:
- Using The Platform To Transmit Spam, Unsolicited Messages, Or Any Content That Violates Anti-Spam Laws.
- Attempting To Reverse-Engineer, Decompile, Disassemble, Or Extract Source Code From The Platform.
- Using The Platform To Harass, Threaten, Defraud, Or Harm Any Individual Or Group.
- Uploading Or Transmitting Malicious Code, Viruses, Or Software That Could Disrupt Or Damage The Platform.
- Circumventing Or Bypassing Any Security, Authentication, Or Access Control Measure.
- Reselling, Sublicensing, Or White-Labelling Any Part Of The Platform Without Explicit Written Consent.
- Using The Platform In Any Way That Violates Applicable Data Protection, Privacy, Or Telecommunications Laws.
- Impersonating OtonomiQ AI, Its Staff, Or Any Other Individual Or Organisation Through The Platform.
Intellectual Property Rights
All Technology, Software, Algorithms, Branding, Content, And Materials That Constitute The OtonomiQ AI Platform Are The Exclusive Intellectual Property Of OtonomiQ AI And Its Licensors.
- You May Not Copy, Reproduce, Modify, Or Create Derivative Works From Any Part Of The Platform Without Our Written Consent.
- OtonomiQ AI's Name, Logo, Product Names, And Trademarks May Not Be Used Without Our Prior Written Permission.
- Feedback Or Suggestions You Share About The Platform May Be Used By Us Freely, Without Obligation, Compensation, Or Credit.
Your Data Remains Yours: OtonomiQ AI Does Not Claim Ownership Of Your Customer Data. You Retain Full Ownership Of All Data, Messages, And Content You Submit Through The Platform.

Commercially Reasonable Uptime With Standard Support. Scheduled Maintenance Will Be Communicated In Advance.
Enterprise:
Formal SLA Guarantees And Dedicated Support As Agreed In Individual Service Agreements, Covering Response Times, Uptime Targets, And Escalation Paths.
We Are Not Liable For Downtime Caused By Factors Outside Our Reasonable Control, Including Third-Party Service Failures, Internet Outages, Or Force Majeure Events.
Limitation Of Liability & Disclaimers
The OtonomiQ AI Platform Is Provided On An "As Is" And "As Available" Basis. To The Maximum Extent Permitted Under Applicable Law:
- OtonomiQ AI Shall Not Be Liable For Any Indirect, Incidental, Consequential, Special, Or Punitive Damages Arising From Your Use Of Or Inability To Use The Platform.
- Our Total Aggregate Liability For Any Claim Shall Not Exceed The Total Fees You Paid To Us In The Three (3) Months Preceding The Event Giving Rise To The Claim.
- We Do Not Warrant That The Platform Will Be Uninterrupted, Error-Free, Or Free From Harmful Components, Or That Any Defects Will Be Corrected.
AI-Generated Outputs: OtonomiQ AI Uses Artificial Intelligence To Automate Interactions And Workflows. While We Implement Enterprise-Grade Guardrails, AI Outputs May Occasionally Be Imperfect. You Are Responsible For Reviewing Automated Outputs For Critical Business Or Compliance Decisions.
Indemnification
You Agree To Defend, Indemnify, And Hold Harmless OtonomiQ AI, Its Parent Company Redblox.Io, Its Officers, Employees, Agents, And Licensors From And Against Any Claims, Liabilities, Damages, Losses, And Expenses, Including Reasonable Legal Fees Arising Out Of Or Related To
- Your Use Of The Platform In Violation Of These Terms.
- Any Content Or Customer Data You Submit That Infringes A Third Party's Rights.

- Any Misrepresentation Made By You In Connection With Your Use Of The Platform.
Termination
Either Party May Terminate Use Of The Platform Under The Following Circumstances:
By You:
You May Cancel Your Subscription At Any Time By Contacting Our Team. Cancellation Takes Effect At The End Of Your Current Billing Period.
By Us (With Notice):
We May Terminate Or Suspend Your Account If You Breach These Terms, Fail To Pay Fees, Or Engage In Activity That Causes Harm To The Platform Or Other Users.
By Us (Immediately):
In Cases Of Serious Violations, Such As Illegal Activity Or Platform Abuse; We Reserve The Right To Terminate Access Immediately And Without Notice.
Changes To These Terms
We May Update These Terms From Time To Time To Reflect Changes In Our Services, Legal Requirements, Or Business Practices. When We Make Material Changes, We Will:

Before Escalating To Formal Proceedings, We Encourage Both Parties To Attempt To Resolve Disputes Through Good-Faith Discussions Within 30 Days Of A Written Notice Of Dispute.
For International Customers, Where Specific Local Consumer Protection Or Data Protection Laws Apply, Those Laws Will Take Precedence To The Extent Required By Applicable Legislation.
