Impersonating Another Business, Individual, Or Official Entity In A Way That Could Deceive Or Mislead Users. Using OtonomiQ AI To Collect Data Without Proper User Consent In Violation Of Applicable Privacy Laws. Reverse Engineering Or Extracting The Underlying Models Or Proprietary Systems Of The Platform. Sharing Account Credentials Across Multiple Organisations Or Allowing Unauthorised Parties To Access The Platform. Using The Platform To Facilitate Financial Fraud, Money Laundering, Or Any Other Unlawful Financial Activity. Automating Actions Designed To Manipulate, Deceive, Or Psychologically Harm End Users.

OtonomiQ AI Reserves The Right To Determine, At Its Sole Discretion, Whether A Specific Use Case Falls Within Acceptable Boundaries. If You Are Uncertain About A Specific Use Case, Please Contact Our Team Before Proceeding.

If The AI Produces An Output That You Believe Is Incorrect Or Inappropriate, You Are Required To Report It To Our Support Team Immediately So We Can Investigate And Improve The System.

Account Responsibility

The Organisation Or Individual Who Holds An OtonomiQ AI Account Is Fully Responsible For All Activities That Occur Under That Account. This Includes Actions Taken By Team Members, Integrations Configured, And Data Processed Through Connected Systems.

You Are Responsible For Maintaining The Security Of Your Login Credentials And API Keys. If You Believe Your Account Has Been Compromised Or Accessed Without Authorisation, You Must Notify Our Security Team Immediately At tabrez@otonomiq.ai

Account Administrators Are Responsible For Managing User Access, Revoking Permissions When Team Members Leave Or Change Roles, And Ensuring That Only Authorised Individuals Can Access The Platform On Behalf Of Your Organisation.

Sharing A Single Account Across Multiple Separate Organisations Or Businesses Is Not Permitted Under Any Plan. Each Organisation Must Hold Its Own Account And Agree To These Terms Independently.

Third Party Integrations

OtonomiQ AI Works Alongside Your Existing Enterprise Tools Including CRM Platforms, ERP Systems, Booking Engines, POS Systems, And Messaging Platforms Such As WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, And Telegram. When You Connect A Third Party Service To OtonomiQ AI, You Agree To The Following.

You Must Have The Legal Right And Appropriate Permissions To Integrate Any Third Party Service With OtonomiQ AI. It Is Your Responsibility To Ensure That Your Use Of The Integration Complies With The Terms Of Service Of That Third Party Platform.

OtonomiQ AI Is Not Responsible For Any Data Breaches, Service Outages, Or Policy Violations That Originate From A Third Party Platform Or System That You Have Connected To Our Platform.

We Do Not Guarantee The Availability, Performance, Or Continued Compatibility Of Any Third Party Integrations. If A Connected Platform Changes Its API Or Policies In A Way That Affects Our Integration, We Will Work To Resolve The Issue As Promptly As Possible But Cannot Be Held Liable For Resulting Service Interruptions.

Enforcement

OtonomiQ AI Takes Usage Violations Seriously. Our Team Monitors Platform Activity And May Investigate Reports Of Misuse At Any Time. If A Violation Of This Usage Policy Is Identified, We Reserve The Right To Take One Or More Of The Following Actions Depending On The Severity Of The Issue.

Formal Warning

A Written Notice Issued To The Account Holder Explaining The Identified Violation And The Corrective Action Required.

Temporary Suspension

Temporary Restriction Of Access While An Investigation Is Conducted Or While Corrective Measures Are Implemented.

Permanent Termination

Permanent Closure Of The Account And Revocation Of All Access In Cases Of Serious Or Intentional Policy Violations.

Legal Action

Referral To Legal Authorities Or Civil Action In Cases Involving Fraud, Criminal Activity, Or Significant Harm To Third Parties.

We Aim To Resolve Issues Collaboratively Wherever Possible. Proactive Cooperation Will Always Be Considered During Any Enforcement Process.

Changes To This Policy

OtonomiQ AI May Update This Usage Policy Periodically As Our Platform Evolves, As Regulations Change, Or As New Use Cases Emerge. When We Make Material Changes To This Policy, We Will Notify All Active Account Holders Via Email And Display A Visible Notice Within The Platform Dashboard.
